One wicked torque converter. I drag race my 01 Mustang GT, and won the first time out using this converter. If most of your driving will be on the street, I would recomend the DM-7619 instead. Otherwise you will need a custom computer program or a manual valve body in order to get the transmission to shift properly. I used Haywood Custom Speed Shop in Raleigh,NC. 2001 Mustang GT 4.10 gears, full exhaust with cats,cold air intake, throttle body, street slicks best ET 8.21 @83 mph 1/8 th mile.
